TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Photoshoots will be done in front of a plain background at our indoor/outdoor locations. Details will be shared with clients ahead of time.
- Photo packages include headshot, profile, & full body portraits for each package.
- Need photoshoots at your office? We’ll come to you at an additional cost.
- Photoshoots do not include makeup or outfits. Makeup and branded shirts can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Edited photos will be delivered 3-5 business days after the photoshoot.
- Client receives both edited and unedited photos.
- Videos can include clients/ products in frame or only feature text/graphics on screen.
- For videos where the client wants to be included/wants to include products, they/the products will need to be present at our shooting location. Details will be shared with clients ahead of time.
- Need videos to be recorded at your office? We’ll come to you at an additional cost.
- Need additional video shoot and editing services? Ask us about our hourly rates.
- Edited videos will be delivered 10-15 business days after the content has been captured/received
- Logo animations will be delivered in 5-10 business days
- Client will receive a standard HD quality .mp4 file of the final video
- Brand text edit Max 500 words
- Business Card costs are for design only (Printing not included)
- Presentation/ Social Media template includes 5 editable slides *Client to submit content to populate the 5 slides.
- All Graphic designs include initial design and max 4 additional changes
- Client will receive a high quality .png, .pdf and .jpg files of final design
- Graphic Designs will be delivered 5-7 business days after consultation
- Need additional graphic designs? Ask us about our hourly rates.
- Media feature dependent on client’s story/ whether there is previous media feature/ platforms client desires.
- Media features will be pitched to the media editors who determine placement.
- Website design packages include 1 hour consultation at the beginning of the project
- Websites will be delivered in 10-20 business days following initial consultation
- website packages include 1 year
- Full payment is required on all packages to begin
- Payment can be made via wire transfer/ credit/debit card online in JMD and USD.
